Steps to record your notice with public-notice.co.uk
Firstly, register on the website so you can see the submission form on the home page
Here is an image of the form:

YOUR NAME – Please enter your name and, if you have one, your Living Status Claim Number – e.g. John Doe (PC-LS9876)
YOUR EMAIL – Please enter an email where we can contact you if need be.
POST TITLE – Insert the name of your Notice. This is important as it will be publicly displayed.
Answer the anti-spam question
POST CATEGORY – As of launch, only two options are currently available
“ESTATES/TRUST” – for anything related to a dead estates at law/legal fictional entities/trust deeds/executive office
“PUBLIC RECORD” – anything else
Use the text box to either copy and paste your document text into it, or if it has graphics/images or is mulit-page, either:
1. Convert your document to a PDF and mail it to records@public-notice.co.uk and write “Sent by email” plus any other relevant information in the text box.
2. Convert each page into a JPEG, PNG or WEBP image and upload them in the form
CLICK SUBMIT and you should receive a success message.
Our team will approve the notice once we have checked through the submitted data.
